Store owner replied: Hi! We do not take claims of unprofessionalism lightly, so we’d like to clarify a few things regarding your order. Our items being handmade and made to order is stated throughout our website and social media pages. Your order was placed on April 3rd and shipped April 9th, within the appropriate processing timeframe listed on our website. At no point do customers need to “text Tianna” to receive their items faster. We have 1 dedicated customer support person who responds to all order inquiry emails. We also ask customers to let us know ahead of time if they need an item by a certain date so we can accommodate rush requests. For our custom skirts, we also clearly state: “Custom sizing requests may be accommodated when available. Please contact customer support following purchase to inquire about made-to-measure options. We can make this skirt to your waist, low waist, and hips measurements.” We strongly encourage customers who are unsure of their sizing to send exact measurements so we can make the skirt according to their body measurements. In your case, multiple orders were placed for the same skirt in different sizes, first a size 34 and then a size 38, rather than sending measurements for a custom fit. Based on the fit concerns mentioned, it’s likely the sizing selected was not the correct size for you, which can result in gapping. We could've happily made this skirt to your exact measurements, ensuring a perfect fit but you ignored that twice. We understand all women's bodies are different, which is why we offer this option. We also offer after-order alterations free of charge. We are always happy to assist customers with sizing questions before purchase to help achieve the best fit possible. We wish you the best in finding another brand! So sorry you didn't like one of our most loved pieces :(

Store owner replied: I’m so glad you think the skirt is cute—that means a lot. I'm sorry to hear the fit didn’t meet your expectations. Just to clarify for you and future customers: this skirt is intentionally designed to be worn low-waisted, which is why it may feel looser around the natural waist. I spent weeks perfecting the pattern to achieve the right balance in fit and drape, especially for the low-rise style. But we do acknowledge some women are curvier than others, so we also offer complimentary custom sizing. As stated in the product info section if you include your waist, low waist, and hip measurements in the "Special Instructions for Seller" section at checkout (or email us with your order # and this info), we’ll make the piece custom to your measurements. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any sizing details with your order, so it was made to our standard size chart. I put a lot of love and care into each garment, and I hope this helps clear things up for future buyers.
