Our pickup hours are usually Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. 

Hours are subject to change by 30 minutes–1 hour. If you place an order for pickup, we'll text or email you that week's exact pickup hours. Weekly pickup hours are also updated here:

PICKUP HOURS THIS WEEK:

Wed 9/9: 9 AM – 7 PM

Thur 9/10: CLOSED

Fri 9/11: 4 PM – 8 PM

Sat 9/12: CLOSED

PICKUP HOURS NEXT WEEK:

Mon 9/14 - Fri 9/18 : 9 AM – 6 PM 

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER

1. Select “Pick Up in Studio” at checkout.

2. Wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification.

3. TEXT (914) 297-9387 with the day and time you plan to come so we can have your order packed and ready. 

4. When you arrive, enter #0175 on the intercom.

5. Take the stairs to the 3rd floor and go to suite 305B in the back near the restrooms

Unfortunately, there is no passenger elevator, if you are unable to walk up 3 flights of stairs, please do not place an order for pickup
