Shipping policy
Each item has custom production times, production times are highlighted in the product description, under the "shipping & returns" dropdown section.
Domestic (USA) Orders: Standard shipping is $FREE for orders over $199 and generally takes about 1-4 business days.
For orders under $199 it's a flat rate of $8.99
Express Shipping is $25.49, with express shipping your order will be processed faster (production time cut in half) and will be delivered 1-2 days after shipment.
Non Domestic/ International Orders: All Canada orders are shipped with UPS, which takes 4-10 business days after shipment.
All UK orders are shipped with USPS, which takes 4-10 business days after shipment.
All other international orders are shipped with USPS, which takes 7-10 business days after shipment.
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT FEES/DUTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES IMPOSED BY SHIPPING CARRIES.
Once your order is shipped you'll be emailed via email or text with a tracking number.
DOMESTIC (USA) orders can be rushed! If you need your order by a specific date, please state the date in the "special instructions for seller" section at checkout. If the date is less than 8 business days away you'll need to purchase express shipping.
In the rare case that we can't get an order to you by the time you need it, we will alert you beforehand.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped promptly. If your shipping address needs to be changed, contact us ASAP.
If the shipping address is incorrect, the package is automatically returned to us, you'll be contacted to correct the address and will have your order shipped again for a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50, this fee goes directly to UPS/USPS.
We are NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. In the event of any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities, and agrees to open a claim with the shipping carrier as all packages are fully insured. RETURN POLICY
Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are a growing brand with a very small team, due to the complexity and time that goes into each piece, at this time we do not issue returns at all. You must order the correct size as all sales are final.
Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are given on a case by case basis, if needed, we can provide customers with a mailing label to return a product to have it tailored or adjusted for a better fit.
Cancel an Order: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once placed, you cannot cancel your order.
Damaged Goods: We will happily fix damaged or defective items if we are at fault. If you received a damaged item, please send us an email within 14 days of purchase.
Depending on the item, you will either receive a new replacement free of charge or you will be sent a return label to ship the item back to us to be fixed.
