How to place a custom clothing order:

1. Prepare your custom order details:

  • Send us the design you'd like to be made, we'll discuss the specific details to get an idea of exactly what you want.
2. We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with a price quote and turn around time.

3. If satisfied with the quote, we'll proceed with the order confirmation and payment process.

You have two payment options:

a. Pay in full: You can make the full payment upfront to secure your order. 		 b. Pay half now, half later: You can pay 50% of the total cost upfront, and the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the item.
4. Once the payment is received, we will begin creating your custom piece & keep you updated throughout the production process.
5. Once your item is ready, we will send you pictures of the finished product, and ask you to pay the remaining balance (if not already paid)
6. We will carefully package and ship your order, providing you with the tracking information.

How to place a small level production order:
1. Contact us: clearly define the type of clothing you want us to produce, including garment types (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, dresses), fabric preferences, and any specific design details. Determine the quantity of each item you wish to produce, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your production needs.
    2. We will review your request and get back to you within 1-3 business days to discuss further details and provide you with a production quote.

    3. If satisfied with the quote, we'll proceed with the order confirmation and payment process.

    You have two payment options:

    a. Pay in full.
    		 b.Pay-In-4 though our website.

    4. Once the payment is received, we will begin creating your clothing, we will keep you updated throughout the production process.
    5. Once production is complete, we will notify you and carefully ship your items, providing you with the tracking info.
