Refund policy
Returns: We are a growing brand with a very small team, due to the complexity and time that goes into each piece, at this time we do not issue returns. All sales are final unless the product is defective.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis for certain items. The item must be unworn and in original packaging. If needed, we can provide customers with a mailing label to return a product to have it tailored or adjusted for a better fit. Please email us at contact@tiannaosbourne.com
Cancel an Order: Once placed, you cannot cancel your order.
Damaged Goods: We will happily fix damaged or defective items if we are at fault. If you received a damaged item, please send us an email within 14 days of purchase.
Depending on the item, you will either receive a new replacement free of charge or you will be sent a return label to ship the item back to us to be fixed.
Warranty: All bags have a 1 year warranty, if anything happens to your item please contact us
