shirt was ill fitting and the design seems to be placed lower than it should be

The design is placed 4 inches from the collar, which is the industry standard for all t-shirt design placements. We also wish you had shared more about what specifically made the shirt feel ill-fitting in your opinion, as this is feedback we have not received before.

Great top, but I wish I could love it more. The lack of any sizing guide on the website resulted in my top fitting tighter than I wish since I eyeballed my size. I’m honestly really bummed about it now because I cannot wear this top and can’t exchange it for a larger size even due to the return policy.
